The goods remain the property of Themis Commercial Food Equipment until payment is made in full.
All warranty service must be accompanied with an invoice.
12 months manufacturers warranty applies to all new equipment.
Please refer directly to manufacturer for warranty work to be carried out.
3 months warranty applies to all used equipment unless additional warranty specified on your invoice

NO REFUND - EXCHANGE OR 12 MONTH CREDIT NOTE ONLY Must return goods within 14 days of purchase for all exchanges or credit notes.
Delivery
Delivery of large/flat-packed items (fridges, cooking machines etc) and furniture products is to kerbside only.
We do not accept responsibility if an item will not fit through doorways or in lifts or up stairs.
